Tim M. Stubson, a partner in the firm, received his undergraduate degree in International Studies from the University of Wyoming and graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 1997.

While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Land and Water Law Review and also published a case note in that journal. Following graduation, Tim served as a judicial law clerk to United States District Judge William F. Downes before joining the firm.

Tim’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, particularly employment law defense and issues involving banking, real property and also creditors bankruptcy. He is currently admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Wyoming.

In his time away from the office, Tim is an active member in the community. Tim is a member of the Wyoming House of Representatives, where he serves on the Minerals, Business and Economic Development Committee as well as the Corporations, Elections and Political Subdivisions Committee. He also enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, golf, and spending time with his wife, Susan, and their sons, Finnegan and Meade.
