A near native of Wyoming, P. Jaye grew up in Cody where she graduated Salutatorian of her high school class in 1984. P. Jaye received her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in anthropology from the University of Wyoming and her Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and Delta Theta Phi. P. Jaye was a comment editor for the Land and Water Review and has published a case note comment and an article in that publication. P. Jaye serves as a board member of Seton House, an agency which provides transitional housing for single parent families, a member of the League of Women Voters of Casper, and the Meals on Wheels Foundation Board. Away from the office she enjoys basketball, camping, cooking, walking, hiking, cruising and spending time with her husband, Dave, and their pets.
