Mistee Godwin, a partner in the firm, received her undergraduate degree in English from the University of Wyoming, where she was a member of the varsity basketball team. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2001. While in law school, she worked as a research assistant for two law professors.
Mistee’s practice focuses on general civil litigation, oil and gas litigation, administrative law, and insurance defense. She is currently admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Wyoming.
Mistee has two children and enjoys playing golf and basketball.
