Harry B. Durham, III, one of the Senior Partners of Brown, Drew & Massey, LLP has a broad-based civil practice. The list of Mr. Durham’s academic, community service, and legal accomplishments is extensive.

While attending the University of Colorado School of Law, Harry was a member of the Law review and its Articles Editor. He won an independent estate planning prize and numerous book awards.

Prior to attending law school, Harry enjoyed a distinguished undergraduate career at The Colorado College. He was Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Cum Laude in English. He was elected permanent class president and has been on the National Alumni Council of The Colorado College.

Mr. Durham is also a graduate of Phillips Academy, Andover, Massachusetts.

Mr. Durham’s diverse areas of concentration include oil and gas, uranium exploration and titles, wills, trusts and estates, corporate and small businesses, and collections.

Harry has been Wyoming counsel on international real estate transactions involving limited liability companies and for major multistate oil and gas acquisitions and financings, representing lenders and acquiring entities.

Besides his outstanding academic achievements, Harry has been active in a number of civic organizations. He is past president of United Way, the Wyoming Symphony Association, and the Wyoming Amateur Hockey Association. Harry is a former officer of the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of Casper. He is the founder of the local and state hockey associations.
